Why spend money on multiple pair of eyewear? Smart Lenses change from regular safety eyewear to sunglasses automatically. Lenses respond to the amount of ultraviolet light they receive and can change from dark-to-clear in 35 seconds and from clear-to-dark in only 8 seconds. Temperatures and surrounding conditions will affect lens transition time. Frame has a nylon brow with magnesium alloy spring hinge temples for a comfortable fit. Each pair includes a micro-fiber bag and lanyard. Caution should be taken when moving between environments with significant variances in UV light.
