Payment TermsNet 30 days for customers with established credit. All orders are subject to credit approval. A 2% monthly service charge will be added to any past due invoices. Click here to apply for credit terms.
Shipping TermsOrders are shipped via the most economical and efficient means possible – usually by United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service or common motor carrier. All shipping costs cited on our Website are for delivery within the continental United States. Freight costs for international shipments are quoted separately. Shipment shortages, order discrepancies or damaged in transit goods should be reported to the carrier upon receipt and to us immediately. Conservation Strategies (CSC) is not responsible for damaged in transit goods, but will assist you with a claim.
ReturnsAll returned merchandise must have prior written authorization and proper routing instructions from Conservation Strategies. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days for credit. Note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned stock items and the buyer is responsible for all applicable shipping costs.

Manufacturers’ warranties, including warranties, if any, as to compliance with regulatory authorities, are solely those of the manufacturers.
